Marine grade, solid brass, or copper raw materials are utilized to ensure items from the Craftsman Signature Series of outdoor and indoor lighting will stand the test of time, as these premium metals are impervious to most types of oxidation. Hand-applied Patina finishes on brass and copper are sealed with a clear varnish and over time, may require gentle maintenance, such as wax, to delay or reverse the natural living finish attributes indicative of this finishing process.
